I didn't have the folder where it was supposed to be according to the guide so created a folder like it suggests & put the ini file in there. I have also activated SKSE memory & SKSE.ini. Please note that I'm NOT talking about Fallrim tools, which deletes unattached scripts and undefined references etc. The link sends me to nexus but when I click download nothing happens so I gave up with that. Skyrim Save Cleaner for SE Does anyone know if there is a cleaner out there for SE My save file is getting kinda biggish. esp needed updating another needed deleting, but there are a lot that need to be cleaned with TES5Edit. I wasn't using LOOT but I am now & I checked the guide to make sure the order is correct. Did you activate SKSE memory tweak, so that game will allocate more memory for initial processes? Are you sorting your load order with LOOT? There is no such thing as a clean save, when mod is removed. If you removed scripted mods from ongoing game, then you will have to start a new game. Script cleaners are for when updating mods, NOT to fix broken/corrupted saves or to 'clean' saves after a mod or mods is disabled/uninstalled. That tool cleans obsolete entries and orphaned scripts from the game, but script data will remain in the save file, causing Papryus to constantly check it and creating errors. This includes work done with Save Script Cleaner. Originally posted by Ilja:You can't remove mods from ongoing game.
